However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Site at any time without prior notice. 

1.2. Orders: By placing an order through our Site, you are offering to purchase a product, and such offers are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In the event we cancel an order, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund if applicable. 

Pricing and Payment

2.1. Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in QATARI RIYAL and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and availability at any time without prior notice. 

2.2. Payment: We accept payment through (Debit Card – Credit Card – Apple Pay – Google Pay – American Express – SADAD Wallet). By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order. 

Shipping and Delivery 

3.1. Shipping: We provide shipping service to many areas in the State of Qatar and many countries around the world specified on the MIKARAY Website. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout and may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. 

3.2. Delivery: We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. 

Returns and Refunds 

4.1. Return Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from our Site, except in the case of damaged or defective items. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup products cannot be returned. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase. 

Intellectual Property

5.1. Copyright: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, available on the Site is the intellectual property of MIKARAY Group W.L.L and is protected by applicable copyright laws. 

Limitation of Liability

6.1. MIKARAY Group W.L.L and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or products purchased through the Site. 

Governing Law 

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of State of Qatar.
