Return Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on any makeup or cosmetic products once they have been opened or used. This policy is in place to maintain the safety and well-being of our customers.

Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving with your order number, via our contact us page or whatsapp chat.
Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products, we will then review it and if eligible to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Refunds:
As mentioned earlier, we do not offer refunds or returns for makeup or cosmetic products unless they are damaged or defective. In case of receiving damaged, defective or the wrong items please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page or WhatsApp chat. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products, we will then review it and if eligible to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
