APPLICATION TIPS
Start the eye makeup with velvet matt shadows and prepare the eyelid by applying concealer. Apply the product and blend with an eye brush. You may apply metallic shades on top of the velvet matt shadow to obtain sparkling eyes. For an intense effect, you may apply a bright primer before applying luxury eyeshadow palette.
