Do you ship internationally?
Welcome to MIKARAY FAQs! Here, we provide answers to common inquiries about our products, services, and policies. We ship only to the GCC countries, Lebanon, and Jordan. Shipping times and costs may vary by destination. The shipment cost will be calculated by DHL. You may have to pay customs duties and clearance fees depending on your country.
DO YOU offer free shipping?
We are offering free shipping to our devoted consumers (Only In QATAR). Purchase up to QAR 230 to qualify for free shipping.
As for the free shipping service for our loyal customers (in the Gulf countries). Purchase up to 731 Qatari riyals and you will get free shipping.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from our Site, due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
In case of receiving damaged, defective or the wrong items please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page or WhatsApp chat. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products, we will then review it and if eligible to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
How do I return my item if I am an international customer?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

An international RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY should include the following factors into consideration:
- Products that are delivered damaged, defective or not as ordered items, will be refunded or replaced at no cost.
- Email our customer service department and make sure to use the English or Arabic languages.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. we may ask for photos as evidence of the damaged or defective item. Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
- The shipping process for an overseas replacement will typically take 2-3 weeks according to the destination.
